At TechNewlogy, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by TechNewlogy and how we use it. TechNewlogy, was made so that it requires no personal data to work, and every data used by TechNewlogy is store only on the user device and not sent on any server of any kind. Only third party services can collect personal data and/or send data to devices other than the users' own device. Because of the very nature of the TechNewlogy app, we cannot control the content showed in each news. Note that TechNewlogy has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party news website.

We provide the app with a list of news website that we believe are of good quality and respect regulations regarding privacy. We have no control over their usage of the data, therefore we rely on the common application of the regulation regarding privacy. However, if you suspect a source is does not respect your right to privacy you can: deactivate it in the app 'select sources' menu, and then inform us of your concerns by sending an email at noeim.dev@gmail.com specifying which source is at cause and why. We will do our best to ensure the respect of the regulation regarding privacy by, if the concern is legitimate, removing the sources from the included sources in a future app version. For the reasons mentionned above we cannot guaranty the content of the news shown in the app and we decline any responsibility regarding the potential apparition of content of nature sexual, violent, or that may arm the user sensibility in any form. If the case arise please deactivate the source in the app and alert us, by specifying sending an email specifying the source and the link to the article(s).

We provide a functionality in the app for the user to add its own sources. Since we do not have any methods to know of this addition, we cannot provide any security regarding the privacy policy or the content of the added source(s) and therefore encourage the user to be alert regarding privacy policy of the added source(s).

You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for the advertising partners of TechNewlogy Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses unique identifier that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on TechNewlogy, which are sent directly to users. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on the app and website that you visit. They also provide ads based on what they believe would be of interest to the user by using the unique identifier as mentioned above. However, you have the possibility to deactivate this for the in app ads, in the app settings. Note that TechNewlogy has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

TechNewlogy's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options. You can choose to disable cookies through the app settings for cookies created with the in app browser. For news opened in any other browser, the user must specify it specifically. Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. TechNewlogy does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our app, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to quickly fix the issue.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our app and is valid for users of our app with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in the TechNewlogy app. This policy is not applicable to any information via channels other than this app.
